1. Services

Cornerstone provides specialist carpentry services, including NDIS-registered home modifications such as ramps, handrails, stair adjustments, bathroom upgrades, and other accessibility-focused solutions. All services are subject to availability, site suitability, and client approval.

2. Eligibility and NDIS Participation

Cornerstone is an NDIS-registered provider and offers services in accordance with NDIS guidelines. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate funding or plan approval for proposed works. We may require documentation from support coordinators or occupational therapists before commencing any service.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, additional requirements, or design changes. Any changes will be communicated before proceeding.

4. Booking and Scheduling

Upon accepting a quote, clients will be provided with an estimated start date. While we strive to adhere to agreed timelines, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Cornerstone will provide reasonable notice of any changes.

5. Payment Terms

For NDIS-funded work, we may invoice directly through the NDIS portal, plan manager, or nominee. For privately funded work, payment terms will be outlined in your quote or agreement. All invoices must be paid in full by the due date. Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

7. Site Access and Safety

Clients are required to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site. Any hazards, pets, or other issues that may affect the safety of our staff must be communicated in advance. Cornerstone reserves the right to delay or cancel work if conditions are unsafe.

8. Warranty and Liability

We stand by the quality of our workmanship. All services come with a [insert number, e.g., 12 Months] workmanship warranty. Materials may carry manufacturer warranties. Cornerstone is not liable for damage or faults caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

9. Privacy
